The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The role involves handling guest inquiries, managing check-in/check-out processes, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive relationship to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of services, facilities, and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, etc.) to meet guest requirements.
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized services.
- Maintain guest records and feedback reports for service improvements.
- Promote hotel/organization facilities, events, and offers.
- Handle reservations, room allocation, and special requests.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure service consistency.
