Utkarsh Bangla is a flagship skill development initiative of the Government of West Bengal, implemented by the Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) under the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development.
The program aims to empower youth with industry-relevant skills and create pathways to employment and entrepreneurship. Through a network of certified Training Partners (TPs) and Training Centres (TCs), Utkarsh Bangla provides free skill training in multiple sectors such as IT/ITeS, Apparel, Electronics, Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, and more.
